Read the articleHow to Properly Care for Your Skin at Home
A good at-home skincare routine starts with choosing good skincare products. They play a crucial role in the results you want to achieve. It is essential to choose products suited to your skin type and skin conditions. To do this, go see your skin care professional for an in-depth analysis and a personalized skincare routine to follow at home. Once you have the right products in hand, here are the steps to follow for healthy-looking skin. Always start your routine with a cleanser to remove makeup and/or impurities. Next, refresh your skin with a mist of your treatment lotion, then massage it in. Once or twice a week, remove dead skin cells and refine your skin texture with an exfoliant (enzymatic, mechanical, chemical). Once it is thoroughly rinsed off, apply your favourite mask and go about your business while the magic happens. Rinse thoroughly, then apply your eye contour product, carefully following the eye socket bone, and why not take the opportunity to gently massage and drain the area. Then follow with your concentrate and your treatment cream. Remember that all skin types need hydration (yes, even oily skin). Always finish your morning routine by applying sun protection of at least SPF 25, which you will reapply during the day. Your best ally against premature aging and pesky pigmentation spots.
