Directions for use (adults, adolescents and children): 

Adults and adolescents : Mix two scoops (41 g) in 240 mL (8 oz.) of cold water (scoop included) or other liquid of your choice. Shake well until the powder dissolves. Taste.

Children : 1/2 of the amount given to adults and adolescents.
