PRICES AND TAXES

• All prices listed on the site are in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
• Taxes are not included in price - GST (5%) QST (9.975%) 

SHIPPING COST

• Free Shipping in Canada for any purchase of 100 $ and more (before taxes).
• Shipping costs in Canada are 11,50$ for any order of less than 100$.
• No charges if you choose the in-store pickup option. (You will receive an email when the order is ready to be picked up – By appointment)

DELAY OF TREATMENT

• Orders are shipped within 2-5 business days of purchase, depending on business hours.
• Shipped via Purolator for products
• Shipped via Canada Post for gift certificates

IF YOU CHOOSE PUROLATOR DELIVERY WITHOUT SIGNATURE

• We cannot be held responsible for stolen packages.

1 - SELECTION

• Select / pay for your package or a selected value in our Gifts and packages shop section. 

2 - PREPARATION

• When we receive your purchase, we prepare your certificate manually, according to the trade opening days.

3 - SENDING

1. You will receive an email with a certificate to print within 48 hours of purchase(working days)
2. OR No charge if you choose the in-store pickup option. (You will receive an email when the order is ready to be picked up - you will need to schedule an appointment)
3. OR Choose a delivery option (free of charge) and have it delivered by post to the address of the recipient or yours.

NOTICE TO YOUR BENEFICIARY: If a package has been specifically offered and the person wishes to change the care included or the price of the package has increased over the months/years, the value paid initially will prevail and the beneficiary must pay the difference.
