Methyl B-12 Plus Liquid is a highly absorbable vitamin B12 supplement that also includes vitamins B3, B6, B2 and B1 as cofactors. For vitamin B12 to be used in the body, it must first undergo a complex activation process called methylation, which is compromised in many people today. Methyl B-12 is the bioavailable, pre-activated form of vitamin B12. It is therefore well absorbed and used efficiently by the body. Food for the brain and a memory aid. Especially recommended annually for vegans and vegetarians.
Directions (adult): take 18 drops dissolved in a little water every day.
Ingredients
Medicinal ingredients: 1 mL contains 10 mg of niacin (niacinamide) (vitamin B3); 1 mg of vitamin B6 (pyridoxine); 0.85 mg of riboflavin (vitamin B2); 0.5 mg of thiamine (vitamin B1); 1000 mcg of vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin).
Non-medicinal ingredients: purified water, sorbitol, vegetable glycerin, natural flavours (plum, peach), citric acid, sodium bicarbonate, DL-malic acid, potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate.
