Directions (adults and teens): take 1 softgel 1 to 2 times a day with a meal.

Medicinal ingredients: fish oil (anchovy, mackerel, sardine), 1,146 mg (contains 380 mg of EPA and 190 mg of DHA).

Non-medicinal ingredients: gelatin softgel (glycerin, water), lemon oil.

Risk information: do not take Omega 3 if you are taking anticoagulants.
