• Nature's Sunshine AL-J helps relieve respiratory tract congestion.
• Helps relieve symptoms of flu, bronchitis and nasopharyngeal catarrh, such as muscle aches and congestion due to respiratory mucus.

Directions for use (adults, adolescents and children 6 years and older): Take 1 teaspoon (5 ml) 4 times a day. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond two weeks.

Medicinal ingredients : each teaspoon contains 152.15 mg of a 2:1 extract of Armoracia rusticana (horseradish), 152.15 mg of a 2:1 extract of Trigonellafoenum-graecum seeds (fenugreek) and 152.15 mg of a 2:1 extract of Verbascum thapsus leaf (mullein).

Non-medicinal ingredients: glycerin, purified water and Foeniculum vulgare seed extract (fennel).

Risk information: consult a health care practitioner before use if you have diabetes, excess stomach acid, gastroesophageal reflux or hypothyroidism, or if you are taking antacid medications or thyroid hormone replacement therapy. Do not use this product if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, if you are allergic to anethole or to plants of the carrot family, or if you have stomach or intestinal ulcers, stomach inflammation or a kidney disorder. Allergies have been associated with this product (in rare cases); if this occurs, discontinue use. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen.
