Directions (adults): take 3 capsules with 16 oz of water 3 times a day before meals. Effects may be felt 12 to 24 hours after the first dose and could take two to three days to be noticeable. Make sure to drink enough fluids.

Medicinal ingredients: each capsule contains 273 mg of Plantago ovata (psyllium) hulls and 142 mg of Stellaria media (chickweed) aer- ial parts.

Non-medicinal ingredients: gelatin, soy lecithin, guar gum, sodium bicarbonate, magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide.
