Directions for use (adults):

Take 2 capsules at breakfast and/or lunch. Consult a practitioner for use beyond 4 to 6 weeks.

Medicinal ingredients: each capsule contains 39.15 mg of Perilla frutescens leaf (perilla); 34.8 mg of Cyperus rotundus rhizome (nut grass); 30.45 mg of Citrus aurantium fruit (bitter orange); 30.45 mg of Typhonium flagelliforme rhizome (rhizoma tiphonii flagelliformis); 26.1 mg of Citrus reticulata fruit peel (tangerine); 26.1 mg of Ophiopogon japonicus tuber (dwarf lilyturf); 26.1 mg of Selinum striatuml rhizome; 26.12 mg of Uncaria rhynchophylla stem (gou teng); 26.1 mg of Wolfiporia extensa sclerotium (poria); 21.75 mg of Angelica sinensis root (angelica); 21.75 mg of Panax ginseng root (Asian ginseng); 21.75 mg of Platycodon grandiflorus root (platycodon); 21.75 mg of Zingiber officinale rhizome (ginger); 17.4 mg of Coptis chinensis rhizome (Chinese goldthread) and 13.05 mg of Glycyrrhiza uralensis root (Chinese liquorice), all in the form of a 5.5:1 potentiated extract.

Non-medicinal ingredients: gelatin, magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide.
