Directions for use (adults): take one softgel per day.

Medicinal ingredients: each softgel contains 100 mg of coenzyme Q10.

Non-medicinal ingredients: olive oil, gelatin, glycerin, water, beeswax, lecithin and carob extract.

Risk information: consult a practitioner before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, if you are taking medication for high blood pressure, if you wish to lose weight, or if you are obese or have risk factors for cardiovascular disease (high blood pressure, high cholesterol or triglycerides). Do not use if you have cardiovascular disease or metabolic syndrome, or if you have diabetes or insulin resistance. Some cases of hypersensitivity such as allergies (to soy) have occurred. In such a case, discontinue use.
