Directions for use (adults, adolescents and children 6 years and older): Take 1 to 2 capsules daily on an empty stomach. If you are taking antibiotics or antifungals, take at least 2-3 hours before or after taking them.

Medicinal ingredients : each capsule contains 2.8 billion cfu of Lactobacillus rhamnosus (ATCC 7469), 800 million cfu of Lactobacillus acidophilus (ATCC4356) and 400 million cfu of Bifidobacterium longum subsp. longum (ATCC 15707).

Non-medicinal ingredients : gelatin, maltodextrin and magnesium stearate.

Risk information : if you have or have had fever, vomiting, bloody diarrhea or severe abdominal pain, consult a health care practitioner before use. If symptoms of digestive upset occur or persist beyond 3 days, discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner. If you are allergic to milk or have a weakened immune system, do not use this product.
