Directions (adults): take 1 capsule 1 time a day with food. Take 2 hours before or after taking medications. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond three months. Can also be taken as an herbal tea: open the capsule and pour its contents into hot water.

Medicinal ingredients: each capsule contains 52 mg of L-theanine; 40 mg of magnesium (citrate); 25 mg of aerial parts of a 2:1 extract of Sceletium tortuosum (kanna); 5 mg of vitamin B1 (thiamine mononitrate) and 1 mg of zinc (gluconate).

Non-medicinal ingredients: cellulose, gelatin, and magnesium stearate (vegetable source).

Risk information: consult a health care practitioner before use if you are taking anxiolytics, MAO inhibitors, antidepressants (e.g. selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors [SSRIs]), or phosphodiesterase type 4 (PDE4) inhibitors.
