Gives you voluminous lashes and highly buildable length, in a natural matte finish. Tiny water-resistant ‘’tubes’’ form around each of your lashes. For an extreme dramatic look, first apply a Blinc lash primer. Compatible with lash extensions.
How to use: Apply to clean, dry lashes. Start at the base and shape your lashes as desired before the product dries. Makeup removers do not work. Only the combination of plenty of water and light pressure can effortlessly slide off the tiny mascara tubes.
