Directions (adults): Take 1 tablet 2 times a day with a meal. Ideally at breakfast and lunch.

Medicinal ingredients: each capsule contains 400 mg of vitamin C (ascorbic acid), 80 mg of pantothenic acid (d-calcium pantothenate), 40 mg of niacinamide, 20 mg of vitamin B1 (thiamine mononitrate), 20 mg of vitamin B2 (riboflavin), 20 mg of vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), 100 mcg of biotin, 33 mcg of vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) and 133 mcg of folic acid (folate).

Non-medicinal ingredients : dicalcium phosphate, cellulose, stearic acid (vegetable source), schisandra fruit (Schisandra chinensis), choline bitartrate, wheat germ flour (Triticum aestivum), inositol, magnesium stearate (vegetable source), silicon dioxide, para-aminobenzoic acid (PABA), lemon bioflavonoid extract, hops flower extract (Humulus lupulus), passionflower extract (Passiflore incarnata) and valerian root extract (Valeriana officinalis).
