Directions for use (Adults and adolescents): take 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) in a cup of hot water, 2 times a day.
Children and babies: take 1/4 teaspoon, 1 to 2 times a day in their favourite drink, even in baby bottles.
Medicinal ingredients (per mL): 0.49 mL of a 6:1 extract of Nepeta cataria leaf (catnip) and 0.020 mL of Foeniculum vulgare subsp. vul-gare var .vulgare fruit oil (bitter fennel).
Non-medicinal ingredients: glycerin and water.
