Why Do Beauty Masks at Home?

Why Do Beauty Masks at Home?

I know, time flies, the ‘’to do’’ list is long and sometimes motivation is lacking, but taking the time to do a beauty mask once a week is a real gift for your skin.

Not only does the mask hydrate the skin on your face, but it also soothes it from external aggressors such as pollution, UV rays, dust, etc.

To each skin its own mask, it's true!

However, what is just as important is preparing your skin so that it can benefit from all the active ingredients in the mask. It is therefore strongly recommended to cleanse your skin well with a cleansing milk or gel, followed by a good exfoliation with a scrub.

In short, doing a mask at home gives your daily beauty routine a considerable boost. Not only does it help your other products (serum, cream, eye contour, etc.) to be better absorbed, but it also helps improve your complexion and slow down the signs of aging.

In the GM Collin range, here is which skin type each mask is for:

Glow Mask: revives tired skin, reduces redness and contains antioxidants

Pure Mask: acne-prone skin, tightens pores

Charcoal Mask: detoxifying, evens out skin tone

Aqua Mask: dehydrated skin

Phyto Stem Cell Mask : cellular regenerator, anti-aging

Now in the YonKa range:

Masque 103: recommended for acne-prone skin, tightens skin pores

Masque 105 : recommended for dry and sensitive skin, considerably improves the complexion

There are also masks that are worn like a night cream and that work like a peel.

That will be the topic of another article.
