Instructions for use (adults) : Take 3 capsules with 16 oz of water 3 times daily before meals. Effects may be seen 12 to 24 hours after the first dose and may take two to three days to be noticeable. Make sure you drink enough fluids.
Medicinal ingredients : Each capsule contains 273 mg of Plantago ovata (psyllium) husks and 142 mg of aerial parts of Stellaria media (chickweed).
Non-medicinal ingredients : gelatin, soy lecithin, guar gum, sodium bicarbonate, magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide.
